Eastech, Glenn Miller and his technicians provide service to my HAI Home Automation system. Glenn always fits me in for a service call when I call for help, often later the same day, even though he is usually out on the road busy somewhere else. He does maintenance, repairs, software upgrades, equipment upgrades from time to time as needed. He also provides phone support when I need to do something that I couldn’t find in the manual, or forgot how to do. Often, he can provide an answer out of his head which gets me on my way (and me out of his) ! In normal day-to-day, I act as my own ‘System Administrator’, but I know my wife is reassured that professional help is available to her if she needs it while I am away. He is knowledgeable about the system and helpful and obliging when needed
We initially hired Eastech to update one of our boardrooms to include a ceiling mount projector, speakers, conference phone and internet ports for all positions. We were very happy with the install and service after. The biggest benefit has been the functionality of this small space was greatly increased. The install in the smaller conference room was so successful that we hired them again to update our larger conference room, this time with motorized screen, ceiling mount projector, receiver for A/V control, and sound. It too was a great success and we now have two fully functioning conference rooms that are efficient for staff meetings, and impressive to show off to clients for important presentations and meetings. Well worth the investment, and thanks for a job well done.
